Make meal planning simpler with this delicious month of meal plans. Meal plans are separated by week and include a free grocery list printable.

One of my top priorities as the author of this blog is to make the task of being a homemaker a little more simple so that you might be able to find joy in the every day. In my post How to Become the Economist of Your Home I talk about the importance of meal planning. Planning your meals will not only allow you to save money financially, improve you and your family’s health but also help you to fall in love with the art of cooking.

In this post I will share what me and my family are having for dinner for the week. I will include links at the bottom of this post to access the other three weeks, for a full month of meal planning.

I will be sharing recipes from some amazing food bloggers. These are all recipes that me and my family eat on the regular so I can vouch for their deliciousness. Make them all or choose the ones that you think you and your family will enjoy.

Disclaimer, most of these recipes are not original to me. I didn’t create them…I just love making them. I enjoy being able to share other bloggers recipes and I hope you will check out their content as well. Here is our meal plan for the upcoming week. Let me know which meals you try and which ones you enjoy the most!

Week 1

Sunday – Sourdough Waffles

We love having breakfast for dinner! We have made it a tradition in our home to have some type of breakfast meal every Sunday evening. These sourdough waffles are the best paired with some breakfast meat and eggs.

Monday – Honey Garlic Chicken & Veggies

This was the first time that I tried this honey garlic chicken recipe and it was delicious. It is a recipe that will definitely be included in our regular rotation. We paired it with some rice and some green beans.

Tuesday – Meatloaf & Mashed Potatoes

Meatloaf is a classic and I haven’t found a recipe that our family loves more than this one. Pair it with some homemade mashed potatoes and a veggie and you are good to go.

Wednesday – Moroccan Chicken Sheet Pan

If you are looking to bring some culinary culture to your dinner table then this is a recipe you should try. This was a new recipe for us this week and it was delicious! I was a little worried if my family would enjoy it with the unique blend of spices but it was a hit. It’s definitely getting added to the dinner meals rotation.

Thursday – Ham & Cheese Sourdough Breakfast Casserole

I actually created this hearty breakfast casserole recipe and it is perfect for those chilly winter evenings. Made with delicious whole food ingredients, there is plenty of protein, dairy and vegetables in every bite.

Friday – Korean Beef

This is one of our all time favorite dishes. I come from an Asian background so Asian meals are some of my favorites. I love to add frozen broccoli to this recipe to add a vegetable to the mix. We also love to pair it with edamame for an extra Asian treat.  Definitely give this one a try!

Saturday – Pasta Fagioli Soup

In the winter we love to have some type of soup at least once a week. I use my homemade bone broth in this recipe and it is so hearty and delicious. Pair it with a slice of homemade bread and you will be in heaven.
